Refund & Warranty Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Within 15 days, customer is allowed to exchange.

Pay full amount of the second one, we take it back to check if it has been used or it is brand new.

A. If it has been used, 50% restocking fee will be applied.

B. 25% charge for opening the box

C. 10% charge for not opening the box

Refunds

If customer wants to return an item for any reason (For example:don’t like it, defective, damaged after use, broken but not refused the freight, etc reasons) and customer is located in the west coast, they must pay ALKCOOL a restocking fee of 25% and the one way return delivery fee of $200.00, The total fees for west coast return is 25%+delivery fee. If you are located in the east Cost of the U.S, The restocking fee is 25% and the one way return delivery fee of $290.00, the total east cost return fees will be 25%+delivery fee for one pallet. The amount for the fees will be deducted from the refund, Once the item gets back then refund will be done. Items can NOT be returned if customer has physically had unit for more than 15 days. Customize equipment can NOT be returned. Example: sticker, canopy, spare parts and Display Shelf.

Do not discard any packaging or pallets until you have inspected and tested unit. If you qualify for a return, the shipping company requires that you place the item back in it’s original packaging and strapped and secured to the pallet. This is required for the return pick up and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We are unable to provide any packaging service for you. It is your responsibility to have the package ready for pick up and return.

By purchasing from ALKCOOL, you the customer ACCEPTS to all the terms and conditions place by ALKCOOL.

All of the refund requests must be signed by the warehouse, the manager, and the accounting, and will only be processed the next business day after submission.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
