We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

• It includes all packaging, pallets, manuals, and accessories.

• You have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from ALKCOOL prior to shipment.

• The item has not been customized, branded, or modified in any way.

• The equipment has not been installed or used in a residential setting.

⚠️ Note: Commercial refrigeration products are designed for commercial environments only (bars, restaurants, cafes, retail, etc.).

Installation or use in residential environments voids warranty and disqualifies the order from refund or return eligibility.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email info@alkcool.com with:

• Your order number and purchase date

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A brief explanation of the reason for return

Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions.

Do not ship any items back without RMA approval — unauthorized returns will be refused and may not be refunded.

3. Shipping & Return Logistics

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and safe palletized packaging.

• Returned products must be secured to a pallet and shrink-wrapped to prevent transit damage.

• If the returned item is damaged due to improper packaging or handling, additional repair or restocking costs may be deducted from your refund.

ALKCOOL can help arrange return freight at your request.

Typical one-way freight costs are approximately:

• US $350 (West Coast)

• US $365 (East Coast)

These costs will be deducted from the refund amount if prepaid shipping was provided.

4. Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee to cover inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and handling costs.

Example: For a product costing $2,000, a $800 restocking fee plus any applicable freight cost will be deducted from your refund.

The restocking fee is non-negotiable once the return is approved.

5. Inspection & Refund Process

Once your return is received, ALKCOOL will inspect the unit for:

• Missing components or accessories

• Signs of installation, electrical hookup, or plumbing connection

• Cosmetic or structural damage

• Evidence of residential use

If the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

If additional issues are found (damage, missing parts, residential installation, etc.), deductions will be applied and documented.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Custom-branded or modified equipment (e.g., logo decals, custom finishes)

• Clearance or discounted items

• Items installed, connected to power, or used

• Equipment used or installed in residential environments

• Parts, accessories, or consumables (e.g., shelves, filters, stickers)

7. Commercial Equipment – Residential Use Restriction

ALKCOOL refrigeration units are designed, certified, and warranted for commercial use only.

They are not intended for residential or home installation, as such environments may lack proper ventilation, drainage, or power requirements.

If a commercial unit is installed or operated in a residential setting, the purchase becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any claims, warranty requests, or chargebacks resulting from residential misuse will be automatically denied.

ALKCOOL reserves the right to request photos or installation documentation to verify commercial use before approving any refund or service claim.

8. Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipping may be subject to administrative or processing fees.

Orders that have already shipped must follow the standard return process above.

9. Warranty vs. Return

This Return Policy is separate from your Product Warranty.

If your cooler arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@alkcool.com — we will arrange repair or replacement under warranty rather than a return.

10. Chargeback Protection Clause

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

Initiating a chargeback without following this process or for reasons contrary to this policy — including use of commercial equipment in a residential environment — constitutes a violation of these terms.

ALKCOOL reserves the right to provide full documentation (proof of purchase, photos, inspection reports, policy acknowledgment) to dispute any unfounded chargeback.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
